2G Spectrum case..

Supreme court cancelled all the 2G Licenses numbering 122 issued after January 10, 2008 to the telecom companies today in the hearing on the 2G spectrum case. These licenses were issued by Mr A Raja during his tenure as Telecom Minister. They expressed their view about these licenses that they are unconstitutional and arbitrary.
Analysts feel that this may rise up the cell phone charges in the country..

More over, court expressed that the arrest of the H Minister Mr. Chidambaram has to be decided only by the trial court.
