Seek UAE investments in Bangalore – SM Krishna

External Affairs Minister Mr. Krishna invited Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahayan, Director, Abu Dhabi Investment Board to Bangalore for discussions to explore investment opportunities.“The UAE Representative is extremely impressed with what he has been able to see in Bangalore,” Mr. Krishna told reporters after the discussions.The trade volume between India and the UAE is about USD 67 billion and investment was a lowly USD 6 billion, he added.

The UAE, which has large investments currently in the USA and Europe, has been eyeing other nations in the wake of economic slowdown in these two regions.
